New Years Eve-Holly Guacamole!

Big girl wanted to get it herself

She's a mess but very proud of herself!

Wearing a new headband and watching tv

Little sister wanted to wear the head band too.  She put it on all by herself.

Although, it is backwards.

Playing Peek-a-Boo!

Many years ago Matt and I decided that we would stay home and celebrate New Years with our children.  This year Rachael spent the night at a friend's house and Ryan had two friends sleep over.  Jacob was so proud that the "Big Boys" let him hang out with them until his bed time.  The little girls enjoyed yummy food with Matt and I.  I made a big bowl of guacamole and the girls devoured it!  They ate every last bit.  We had all sorts of appetizers and we always make chocolate fondue.  It is amazing how much these kids can eat sometimes!  The little girls love to dance and listen to music.  We found on TV a symphony playing The Nutcracker Suite and they were in heaven.  They jumped, twirled, and occasionally fell down from being dizzy from spinning.  It was very cute.  We let them stay up late (for them) but they couldn't make it until midnight.
2010 was an amazing year for our family.  I'm sure 2011 will be wonderful too!
